WYANDOTTE — A 44-year-old Newport man who revved his vehicle engine before speeding away at a high rate of speed at 4 a.m. March 29 in the 100 block of Maple Street was found to have an open bottle of whiskey.
He also had a bag of white powder that tested positive for cocaine. He was taken into custody and charged.
