ALLEN PARK — The driver of a black Cadillac Escalade left the scene of a hit-and-run crash the night of March 28 at southbound I-75 and Goddard Road, and was later found at the southbound I-75 exit ramp to Northline Road and charged with leaving the scene of a property damage accident.
The victim, who was not injured, said the Cadillac driver rear-ended her vehicle, which caused it to spin out and hit a concrete barrier.
A witness provided police officers with the license plate number of the Cadillac.
