SOUTHGATE – Three student Arbor Day poster contest winners were honored prior to the May 7 City Council meeting: first-place winner Cadence Dayne, second-place winner Nicholas Duran and third-place winner Paisley Paris.
Mayor Joseph Kuspa honored the budding artists during the council study session prior to the council meeting.
The winning posters are on display in the city hall lobby.
