DEARBORN — Police arrested a person following a fatal shooting during a domestic disturbance about 11 p.m. July 11.The person remains in custody pending a review of charges by the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office.
Police and Fire personnel responded to a call on the 1700 block of Walnut Street. A preliminary investigation revealed that during a domestic disturbance in the home, one person was fatally shot by a family member.
The identities of those involved are being withheld as the investigation is still ongoing. Those with additional information related to the incident are advised to contact the Police Department at 313-943-2275.
