RIVERVIEW — A gas station owner said a man stole five $20 Michigan lottery tickets the evening of Aug. 6 from his business on Fort Street.
He said the man distracted him by asking for other lottery tickets that caused him to turn his back on the man, allowing the theft, which was captured on surveillance camera footage.
The man was described as a black male in his mid-20s to early 30s. He was wearing a black hat and a black T-shirt with a red design on the center of the shirt.
