SOUTHGATE — When a man threatened a maintenance worker on July 11 who had been hired to do property upkeep, the apartment building liaison reported his aggression to police officers.
The worker, who was attempting to do an inspection, buzzed the man’s doorbell, and when the tenant met him in the lobby, the worker said the man acted paranoid and threatened physical harm to the next person who bothered him. The worker did not engage and left the area. The interaction was documented for future reference.
