ALLEN PARK —A 42-year-old man who stole four packs of football trading cards and a phone accessory from Target, 3100 Fairlane Drive, the afternoon of Aug. 23 was cited for retail fraud and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The man, who walked out of the store without rendering payment for the items in his bookbag, had needles in the bag and his shorts pockets. He was taken to the police station, booked and released.
