MELVINDALE — A strange banging on her living room window at 2 a.m. Nov. 6 was initially ignored by a 28-year-old woman living in the 17000 block of Henry Street, who thought the noise was weather-related. But when she discovered two palm prints on the window glass that afternoon, she became concerned and reported the incident as a possible break-in attempt.
The woman asked that the incident be documented and requested periodic police patrols in the area.
There were no nearby surveillance cameras and no suspects.
