LINCOLN PARK — A brown 2012 Foshan Fosti moped was reported stolen Sept. 19 from a parking lot near an apartment building.
Surveillance camera footage shows a man and a woman exit a red Ford Escape at 4:30 p.m. and place the moped inside their vehicle. The camera did not capture the license plate number, and a police officer tried unsuccessfully to find a match for the vehicle on traffic cameras with no success.
