ALLEN PARK — A man who was loading his children into his car on Kolb Avenue noticed damage to his vehicle and subsequently discovered surveillance camera footage of a black Dodge Ram backing out of a nearby driveway and hitting his white Tesla.
The suspect’s license plate was visible on the footage, but the driver was not. The victim was asked to forward the footage to the police detective bureau.
