MELVINDALE — A portable heater valued at $180 and a set of jumper cables valued at $140 were reported stolen Dec. 6 from a detached residential garage in the 18000 block of Ruth Street.
A garage door was pulled off its hinges to gain entry. The responding police officer determined that there were no fingerprints, footprints or DNA evidence left at the scene.
