TRENTON — A man reported April 14 that he received notification of a $3,486 student loan acquired in his name from Ivy Tech Community College in Indiana.
He said he had never acquired any school loan, and when he contacted the college about the fraud, they told him to file a police report to allow them to cancel the loan.
