LINCOLN PARK — A woman reported that a skinny Black male in blue jeans stole her cell phone from her vehicle March 4 while she was inside the Starbucks at 1845 Southfield Road.
The victim said the phone was stolen from inside her backpack, which was on the front passenger seat.
Police officers followed the location indicator of the phone to the area of southbound I-75 and London Avenue, where it was found on the shoulder of the freeway. The victim was notified and her phone was returned to her.
