SOUTHGATE — A driver with an expired license plate was subject to a traffic stop near Eureka Road and Dix-Toledo Road May 16, and the car, a 2015 Chrysler 300, was impounded and towed after it was confirmed that the driver’s license was suspended and the vehicle was not insured.
The woman was cited for the three violations, given a court appearance date, then released from custody.
