RIVERVIEW — A 31-year-old Bloomfield Hills man who was speeding the morning of May 5 in a school zone on Quarry Road was found to have a suspended driver’s license and no vehicle insurance.
He was cited for driving without a valid license, and his vehicle was impounded and towed.
