SOUTHGATE — A woman who used a GPS app to track her stolen vehicle the morning of July 29 told Southgate police officers that she would retrieve it herself if Detroit police officers were not willing to help her.
The vehicle, a white Ford Explorer, was pinging at a Majestic Street location in Detroit. However, Detroit police officers said they could not locate the vehicle. The woman said she would go find the vehicle herself, despite Southgate officials urging her to refrain from doing so.
