MELVINDALE — A boy who stole a bicycle Aug. 7 from the 17300 block of Wood Street was recorded by the residence’s surveillance camera, with the complainant recognizing the boy.
The woman said the boy on the camera footage asked to borrow the bicycle in the past, but her son declined his request.
The bicycle, valued at about $400, was a DMC model with black and orange trim.
