RIVERVIEW — A catalytic converter was reported stolen July 13 from a black 2007 Honda CRV while it was parked in an apartment complex in the 17000 block of Rivergreen Drive.
The victim said that while some of the residents of her apartment complex behave suspiciously, she had no evidence to connect anyone to the theft.
