SOUTHGATE — A man changing his clothes the night of Aug. 16 on the sidewalk of Dix-Toledo Road near Eureka Road was taken into custody for indecent exposure after police officers saw him exposing his genitals in full view of passing motorists.

The man said he was changing his shorts because he had a heat rash, and he didn’t think anyone was looking at him.

He was taken into custody, and was booked and given a court date.
