Taylor voters overhaul city council in general election; many incumbents win re-election in other communities

  By SUE SUCHYTA Sunday Times Newspapers Downriver voters turned out for the Nov. 4 general election, with several incumbents winning re-election bids. Taylor, however, was the exception, as all but one city council incumbent running for re-election were voted out of office.
