Fireworks blanket policy for 2011 Homecoming:
DEARBORN — Homecoming is known for its spectacular fireworks on Saturday and Sunday nights. There is, however, is a policy regarding reserving space on the hill to watch the fireworks. People can put their blankets on the hill after 8 a.m. on Saturday and after 8 a.m. on Sunday. All blankets must be removed by midnight both nights. Many Dearborn nonprofit groups participate in Homecoming to raise money for the Dearborn community and beyond.
