The victim said the vehicle was stolen between 4 p.m. Aug. 12 and 11 a.m. Aug. 13 from the complex parking lot. The vehicle is paid off and was taken without its keys. The male driver of the blue 2007 Dodge Caravan advised the police officer that he had a concealed pistol license for a firearm in the vehicle. By SUE SUCHYTA Times-Herald Newspapers DEARBORN — All four tires on four separate vehicles were reported slashed Aug. 18 by the owner of Mroue Auto Clinic, 14551 Tireman Ave. The owner said that between 5:30 p.m. Aug. 17 and 8:30 a.m. Aug. 18, all of the tires were punctured on a blue 2010 Honda Accord, a 2010 BMW Alpina B7, a 2011 BMW 535XI and a 2011 BMW 328, with all of the punctures approximately one inch in length.
