Dearborn Teen beaten while walking to mosque Two unknown assailants demanding money near Maple and Morross mugged a 17-year-old boy who was on his way to a mosque about 10:45 p.m. April 5. The boy suffered minor bumps and bruises and was able to escape without being robbed, police said. Allen Park Pomeranian puppy-napped An 8-week-old male Pomeranian puppy valued at $450 was reported missing about 7:30 a.m. Tuesday from the Allen Park Critter Shop, 19309 Ecorse Road. The owner suspected that contractors working late on the roof may have entered the shop through the ceiling. However, officers noted that the ceiling hole was too small to accommodate a person’s passage, and the inside of the shop was not wet from an earlier heavy rain. Lincoln Park Man caught with bag of stereos Police just after midnight Tuesday caught up with a 23-year-old resident who was going through parked cars in the area near Park and Applewood. A witness reported seeing a man in a yellow shirt on a bicycle entering a green Toyota Corolla in front of a house in the 600 block of Park and exiting while carrying a bag. Allen Park ID fraud used to get health care A medically uninsured 45-year-old Plymouth woman was arraigned in 24th District Court and released Monday for impersonation and prescription fraud.
