Man with liquor on moped attempts to flee police officer
By SUE SUCHYTA Sunday Times Newspapers WYANDOTTE — A 30-year-old Detroit man was observed riding a moped with a bottle of Hennessey liquor strapped to the handlebars the afternoon of Sept. 2, in the 2000 block of 10th Street.
