By SUE SUCHYTA Sunday Times Newspapers TAYLOR — A quad all-terrain vehicle was stolen July 27 from a locked garage in the 7500 block of Pine Street, two days after the vehicle was listed for sale on Facebook Marketplace. The owners had moved the quad into their garage after the lock on its storage trailer recently experienced tampering. The quad was described as a black 2007 Susuki LTZ 400 with a red frame. TAYLOR — The city’s Good to Great Neighborhood Program has moved into two new areas. G2G is working in Areas 22 and 25.
