The public is invited to a free concert July 14 on Belle Isle honoring area frontline workers as well as the memory of those who lost their lives during the COVID-19 pandemic. The newly created Wayne County Women’s Commission today elected Carmen Carter as its inaugural chair and Sarah Roberts as vice chair.
