Man purchases roses with $100 counterfeit bill

The bulletin posted on the Police Department’s Facebook page shows a heavy set black male at the cash register about 4:10 p.m. on Aug. 1. According to the post, the suspect ordered a dozen roses and then paid for the flowers with a counterfeit $100 bill.
