Dearborn Detroit man arrested for OWI A 38-year-old Detroit man was arrested for operating while intoxicated following a traffic stop near the intersection of Michigan Avenue and Brady at 11 p.m. March 28. An officer on patrol on Michigan near Outer Drive observed a white Chevrolet Camaro traveling at an estimated speed of 50 mph in a 35 mph zone.
