Allen Park Alert neighbor tips police to theft A call from an alert neighbor enabled police to recover the wheels and rims removed from two Ford Fusions at Willow Cove Apartments early Aug. 5. The caller’s description allowed officers to detain two men in a 2006 red Dodge Charger before they left the complex, which is near Southfield Road and Outer Drive.
