Library to hold annual book sale

HEIGHTS — The Friends of the Dearborn Heights Libraries will hold their 2009 Spring Book Sale this week at the Caroline Kennedy Library, 24590 George St.

 

Hours are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Hundreds of fiction and nonfiction books, hardcover and paperback will be available.

 

The library is at the corner of George and Fenton across the street from City Hall, three blocks west of Telegraph and two blocks north of Ford Road.

 

Proceeds will support programs at the city’s Caroline Kennedy and John F. Kennedy Jr. libraries. For more information call Friends President Emmy Peck at (313) 278-1398 or e-mail [email protected].
