DEARBORN — A Dearborn man who mysteriously disappeared Sept. 11 was found Friday safe and in good health in his Orchard Street neighborhood, police said.

Officials had no further information on Eric Webster’s reappearance in the 4800 block of Orchard at press time.

Webster disappeared after asking a neighbor to watch his 8-year-old daughter while he went to the store. Webster drove off in a black and tan 1994 Chevrolet Astro with pockets of rust on the lower panels and a severely cracked left window held together with tape.

Nothing seemed out of the ordinary, police said.

Webster was listed officially as a missing person, but police believe he may have left on his own.
