Kroger is an affectionate gray adult male cat. He was transferred to Allen Park from Jackson County.

Brittney wants to be your one and only
Brittney is a Manx mix, a breed often born without a tail. She is an adult female cat who needs to be the only feline in the home.

The Allen Park Animal Shelter, 16850 Southfield Road, is housed in the back of a large blue building east of the city hall parking lot. Hours are 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday, noon to 3 p.m. Tuesday, and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday and Friday. The shelter is closed on Wednesdays. Cat adoptions cost $45, which includes a $15 adoption fee and a $30 spay/neuter deposit. Adopters receive a discount certificate for post-adoption veterinary care at Dix Animal Hospital, 1127 Dix in Lincoln Park.
