Attorneys reach out to Ponzi scheme victims

May 15, 2010 By Times-Herald Newspapers Leave a Comment

As word has spread of a massive alleged Ponzi scheme involving hundreds of local Iraqis, investors have slowly stepped forward to add themselves to a federal class action lawsuit against the scheme’s alleged perpetrators.

The law firm representing the group, Troy-based Mantese, Honigman, Rossman and Williamson P.C., is reaching out to potential victims and asking people who have been affected to contact them. Confidentiality is guaranteed.

Inquiries should be directed to Dave Honigman by telephone at (248) 457-9200 or via e-mail at [email protected]
