Early morning rain wasn’t enough to dampen the spirits of classic car fans June 26 for the 11th annual Cruisin’ Downriver. Temperatures reached into the 90s by afternoon and spectators lined Fort Street from Outer Drive to Sibley Road to watch classic as well as new cars creep along and frequently burn rubber.
