LANSING — Auto-Owners Insurance was ranked highest in customer satisfaction for the third consecutive year by J.D. Power and Associates.
Karcher Agency Inc. in Dearborn is a local independent Auto-Owners Insurance agency.
The insurance company ranked highest in providing a satisfying claims experience, and scored 902 in the 1,000-point scale J.D. Power uses for the study.
The company attributes its success to the involvement of the independent agency system in the claims process.
