DEARBORN — A 55-year-old Dearborn Heights man arrested Feb. 4 for allegedly fondling himself in front of schoolchildren near Sacred Heart Elementary School was arraigned in 19th District Court on Friday on aggravated indecent exposure charges.

Judge Mark Somers ruled that the bond for Patrick Bencher, set at $50,000, would remain in effect. Somers also told Bencher not to have contact with minors at any time.

Bencher was arrested following a surveillance operation outside Sacred Heart Parish, 22513 Garrison.
