Sweet Carmel Corn
Carmel is a medium young male orange Tabby who was brought to the pound with his two brothers. They were adopted as kittens but were given up when they got too big. He is very sweet and needs a good home.


Make Meagan a home
Meagan is a medium adult female American shorthair/Calico who was brought to the pound as a stray. She was not spayed and allowed to have up to three litters of kittens a year. She has since been spayed and she and her last litter of kittens need a home.


Save Svetlana
Svetlana is a sweet baby female Russian Blue who needs a loving home.

Dog adoption fees are $85 and cat adoption fees are $60 (both in cash). Fees include spaying or neutering, first distemper vaccine and a rabies vaccine if the animal is old enough. The Wyandotte Animal Pound is at 1170 Grove, west of 11th Street. Adoption hours are 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Friday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday.
