DEARBORN — Members of Friends of the Dearborn Symphony held a holiday gathering Dec. 16 at the Alexandrine Street home of Karen and Tom Milligan.

About 45 Friends members attended to enjoy fellowship and partake in refreshments which included cranberry punch, meatballs, tarts and sweets.

Karen Milligan, owner of Milligan Dance Studio, engaged four of her ballet students as servers and created hairdos accented with reindeer antlers and faces for them.

Pianist Tony DeMercurio played several popular tunes on the Milligans’ baby-grand piano, and provided accompaniment for a Christmas carol sing-along.
