HFCC Hospitality Studies program hosts Student Scholarship Dinner April 11

DEARBORN — The Henry Ford Community College Hospitality Studies program will host Courses VI: Student Scholarship Dinner at 6 p.m. April 11 at Fifty-One O One – HFCC’s student-run restaurant in the Student & Culinary Arts Center on the main campus.

The cost is $45 per person, $30 of which is a tax deductible donation to the HFCC Hospitality Scholarship Fund.

At the dinner, modern versions of French classics will be available: bouillabaisse, duet of beef and forest mushroom ragout. Noisette financier will be available for dessert. Beer and wine will be available for purchase at a cash bar.

To reserve a seat, send checks or take cash to the HFCC Foundation Office in Room 326 of the Andrew A. Mazzara Administrative Services & Conference Center at 5101 Evergreen Road, Dearborn, MI 48128-1495. Note in the memo section that it is for the Hospitality Scholarship Dinner.

For credit card purchases (Visa/Mastercard/Discover), go to https://my.hfcc.edu/RegForms/donation.asp and complete the information requested. Check the “Annual Scholarships” box. In the comment section, insert “Hospitality Scholarship Dinner.”
