DEARBORN – The Ford Historic Homes district will host the Ford Homes/Edison Street Sale from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday in the neighborhood south of Michigan Avenue and east of Outer Drive.
With dozens of sales on more than eight streets, the neighborhood yard sale is one of the largest and longest running in southeast Michigan.
Some houses begin their sales earlier in the week and others continue on Sunday.
Items for sale include antiques, housewares, furniture, tools, toys, electronics, cameras, kitchen items, Depression glass, books, bikes, artwork, jewelry, sporting goods, home décor, clothes, lawn mowers and snow blowers.
Fundraisers will include a Cub Scout Pack 1117 hot dog sale, Boy Scout Troop 1147 kettle corn sale and a neighborhood association bake sale.
A rain date is Sunday.
