DEARBORN — Coinciding with its 10-year anniversary last month, Andiamo Ristorante Dearborn has unveiled new lunch and dinner menus featuring several newly developed recipes.
While Andiamo’s signature dishes still remain on the menu, the new items offer diners more choices, including several gluten-free options.
The lunch menu offers an organic kale and farro salad, a composed heirloom beet salad and blue crab sliders.
Some of the new additions to the dinner menu include roasted duck cannelloni, milk-fed veal and Amish chicken – available in four different preparations, free-range brick chicken, and grilled Branzino.
“We put a great deal of care and consideration into this menu with the addition of new recipes and presentations while keeping many of the classic Andiamo favorites that have been our cornerstone for the past 10 years,” said Rocky Mestari, general manager of Andiamo Ristorante Dearborn. “We’re excited to introduce our new menus at the same time as we celebrate our 10 year anniversary in Dearborn.”
Andiamo also revamped its plating presentations and redesigned the menu to evoke a more modern, lively feel. The new menus will be rolled out to all the Andiamo restaurants, trattorias in Grosse Pointe, Royal Oak, Clarkston, Livonia and Sterling Heights and ristorantes in Bloomfield, Detroit and Warren by the end of the year.
