May 1, 2015 By Times-Herald Newspapers Leave a Comment

DEARBORN – The Dearborn Historical Museum invites the public to enjoy a performance of “An Evening with Thomas Edison and Henry Ford” at 7 p.m. May 20 at Henry Ford Centennial Library Auditorium, 16301 Michigan Ave.

Admission is $10. Tickets are available through advance sales only and can be purchased online at  www.thedhm.com, or at the museum office at 915 S. Brady.

The interactive event features professional actors who engage the audience through fun and educational enactments that examine the friendship, family life, and dreams of Edison and Ford.

The performance is presented by Doré Productions, which has staged historical productions in southeast Michigan since 1991.
All proceeds from the event benefit the museum’s educational programs.

Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and attendees are invited to visit the museum after the program for some light refreshments and an opportunity to meet the actors.

For additional information, call the museum office at 313-565-3000.
