City looking to photograph residents for City Calendar

August 14, 2015 By Times-Herald Newspapers Leave a Comment

DEARBORN — The city is looking for homeowners who would be willing to be featured in its 2016 City Calendar, showing the importance of the proper care of lawns and gardens.

The city wants to photograph people cutting their grass and performing other maintenance in their yards before Sept. 8.

As the leaves start to drop, the city wants to photograph residents raking their lawns by Oct. 16.

Residents interested in being photographed for the 2016 calendar may call the Department of Public Information at 313-943-2285 as soon as possible.

Photographs could be used for other educational and promotional materials, social media and press releases.
