DEARBORN — A 59-year-old Lincoln Park man and Fairlane Ford employee died after an incident while moving vehicles in the dealership’s lot July 26.

Police responded to Fairlane Ford, 14585 Michigan Ave., about 7 a.m. after co-workers found the man pinned between two vehicles.

The victim had been moving new vehicles, as part of his daily duties, when he was discovered partially outside of the vehicle he had been operating and pinned against the other parked vehicle.

Whether the employee suffered from a medical condition or had been injured as a result of the collision remains uncertain.

The man was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The incident is still under investigation by police.
