Police searching for bank robber

DEARBORN — Police are asking the public for help identifying a woman involved in an Aug. 1 bank robbery.

Officers responded to DFCU Financial, 21551 Oakwood Blvd., after the woman entered the building and passed a note to one of the bank tellers.
The woman made away with cash and fled just after 3:30 p.m.

There was no weapon involved and the suspect are vehicles unknown.
Police are asking for assistance in identifying the woman.

Anyone with information regarding the incident can contact the Dearborn Police Department at 313-943-2241.

“With help from the community, we will identify the suspect, and use all available resources to apprehend this individual,” Police Chief Ronald Haddad said.
