Management at Elmhurst Tap Room, 22057 W. Outer Drive, is asking the public’s for assistance identifying a man claiming to be from Oahu, Hawaii, after he ran out on his bill twice over the last few months. A post on the bar’s Facebook page said the man ate, drank then ran out his bill twice and that he presented a military identification stating he was in the Army. Anyone with information on the man is asked to call the restaurant at 313-277-4041 or Dearborn police at 313-943-2241.
