Annapolis High School National Honor Society and Business DECA Club members prepare to lay wreathes on the graves of veterans Dec. 14 at the St. Hedwig Cemetery, 23755 Military Road. Almost 1,000 graves had wreaths laid on them as part of Wreaths Across America. U.S. Rep.
