Radiance Facial Fitness is a new concept to the Midwest in self beauty care. It is a compilation of anti-aging methods for consumers who are looking to rejuvenate, tone tighten and lift their faces non-invasively, with profound results. Owner Mari Alvarez licensed cosmetologist licensed esthetician working in the metro area for 34 years has put this program together to educate the public on the effective treatments that are not only taught to individuals so that they can do their own but remarkably effective in rejuvenating and restoring to the facial muscles, skeleton, and, of course, the skin. Group Facial Fitness will consist of learning and experiencing facial tools, facial exercises that taught in groups or for individual education of anti-aging techniques. Included on the menu is a rejuvenating appliance the Oralift beauty. Mari will be teaching group facial fitness at her place of business at Aplomb Salon, 23906 Cherry Hill Road, Dearborn, and she will be doing guest appearances at yoga studios in salons throughout the metropolitan Detroit area. Mari’s goals are to help individuals rejuvenate in a healthy way.

The Longboard is a new concept from your friends over at Jolly Pumpkin, which has locations in Detroit, Royal Oak, Grand Rapids and beyond. With the same great beer and service, the food takes a much more West Coast and Pacific vibe, inspired by Founder Ron Jeffries’ love of Hawaiian and West Coast culture. You’ll find Poke Bowls, Mahi Tacos, Teriyaki steak, along with pizza and salads on the menu. Always catering to their guests’ needs, gluten-free, vegan, and halal options are on the menu. The Longboard serves lunch and dinner every day of the week, and even has a large private dining space for all your event needs.
