About 550 chicken dinners were sold in the drive-through with another 150 rain check vouchers to be picked up at Park Place, bringing the total to 700 dinners sold. Pat D’Ambrosio, of the Exchange Club of Dearborn, thanked everyone who supported saying, “It was an excellent turnout and we couldn’t have asked for better. We depend on donations and support from the major to minor sponsors and all the people who bought a chicken dinner  — especially with no Homecoming festival this year.”
