MELVINDALE — Surveillance footage of a suspicious early morning trespasser in the 24400 block of Outer Drive was reported to police officers after neighbors told the complainant that, at 4 a.m. Jan. 25, footage shows a dark-complected stranger on his property.

The footage shows the stranger checking the locked car door handles. The resident said a screen was removed from a house window, but the action was not captured on surveillance footage. He said nothing was stolen, but he wanted to document the suspicious circumstances.
